First two quires of four bifolia. Then a loose leaf (fol. 17) followed by a
quire of three bifolia enclosing another loose leaf (fol. 21).
Text in a single column, not ruled.
One main hand, brown ink.
No decoration.
No covers. The outermost bifolium of the first quire has been torn in two and is
now preserved as two unbound single leaves. Fols. 17 and 21 are loose single leaves.
Otherwise the quires are sewn through their centrefolds and then (loosely)
together.
