The parchment is worn and has been folded several times over.

Two columns with 30 ruled lines.

One hand writing a gothic textualis of

No major initials survive. Highlighting of majuscules in red.

. Its origin is unknown. The damage to the leaf suggests it was reused in the binding of a manuscript.
