Two single folios, the first of which is bound to the bifolium following
them. The second leaf is loose.
The surviving folios are in good condition but the binding is coming
apart and folios are possibly missing.
Text in a single column, not ruled.
Two hands (changes on fol. ). Brown ink.

No covers. The binding is pulling apart.
