. Unusually, there seems to be no date or year given. The
record, though, is preserved among a group of records from
1552
, and may well derive from this year. The lack of a date
may be explained by the fact that the document intentionally records recurrent
practice over many years. Content by folio:

In good condition.
Text in a single column, not ruled.
One hand typical of
mid-16th-century
Swedish cameral records. Brown ink.No decoration.
No covers. Sewn through the centrefold with light-coloured string.
A stylish and carefully written register with no counterpart in the

and linked estates. The well-thought-out execution is
visible in the structuring of the account: the first folio only contains a heading
and the pages are not crowded by text. The record ends with a Latin mark 'finis',
which is rare in this type of material. The financial records of
Nynäs
and related estates came to the Swedish Crown, and
later the Swedish National Archives
, when the possessions and
archives of Hogenskild Bielke
were confiscated
following his execution in 1605
