The outer edges of all folios have been damaged (with very little harm to
readability), and conservation work has been done on the entire
manuscript.

A single cameral hand typical of
mid-16th-century
Sweden. Written in brown ink with some corrections in
black.No decoration.
Currently not bound but sewing holes are visible.
A well written and clear book-keeping record pertaining to the Finnish
possessions of
Anna Clemetsdotter Hogelskild
, namely Nynäs
, Vik
, Kyllelä
, and
Lahis
estates. Part of a large surviving block of such records.The financial records of
Nynäs
and related estates came to the Swedish Crown, and
later the Swedish National Archives
, when the possessions and
archives of Hogenskild Bielke
were confiscated
following his execution in 1605
