A financial register mainly concerning the estate of
Nynäs
in Nousis
parish,
although it also contains references to other estates with the same owner (e.g. Vik
,
fol. : 'kom oc fra vik'). Nynäs was owned by Henrik Bidz
at the beginning of the
16th century and it was passed on to his wife Anna Hansdotter Tott
after his death
in 1506
. This register is the oldest in a series of
sixteenth-century
financial records pertaining to Nynäs
estate and the estates of Vik
and Lahis
which
were closely linked to it.An archival note on a piece of paper attached to the front cover reads: 'C 51
Räkenskaper för Nynäs i Finland 1506 15
07
10 (slägt Fleming
Bielke
Bitz)'. An older marking on the cover itself reads:
'Nynäs Finland 1506; 1507 tillhörde slägten Fleming'.The financial records of Nynäs came to the Swedish Crown, and later the to these
descriptions).
