A clearly written small booklet containing a
tenant register
of Vik
estate. This record is part of a large group of
financial records pertaining to the estates of Nynäs
,
Vik
, and Lahis
, and − marking an
exeption to the rule − concerns only Vik
instead of all three
estates. The booklet format also suggests this could have been a draft used for the
compilation of a register. The financial records of
Nynäs
and related estates came to
the Swedish Crown, and later the Swedish National Archives
, when
the possessions and archives of Hogenskild Bielke
were confiscated following his execution in 1605
(see Introduction
to these descriptions).Cataloguer
