Parchment 1 folio. Comporary foliation 'liiij' visible on the recto side. The fragment is in good condition. One column with notation on seven lines.

Textualis prescissa of saec. XIV(?). Possibly from southern Europe.

Quadratic notation on a red stave with five lines.

Lombard initials in red and blue, and sentence initials in black.

Donated to Historiska museum by Dr. Jänkelmann. The fragment seems to have no prior connection with Finland.
