One unruled column with a varying number of lines.

Two hands writing cursives appear on fols. 2r–16r; one hand writing a more driven and cramped cursive is responsible for the rest.

No decoration.

Modern covers of light-blue cardboard. One modern flyleaf front and back.

A registry of fines and information on taxes levied in Pohjanmaa in 1574. The manuscript appears to be a fair copy, although on several occasions sums have been entered by another hand.

The later history of the manuscript is unknown. Probably it was sent to Sweden after its writing and shipped back to Finland after the Hamina accords of 1809. National Archives’ call-mark '4744' on labels attached to the spine and inner front cover.
