                  fragment is in good condition; partly this is due to conservation work that has
                  been done especially around the edges.</condition>

            <origin><p>A <title>registry of fines</title> from <origPlace>Ulvila</origPlace>
                <origDate>1557</origDate>. The same hand seems to have been responsible for a set of
                accounts that is bound within the same volume. In spite of this common scribe, the
                different parts of the volume were in all likelihood not connected before modern
                times.</p></origin>
           <acquisition>
              <p>The later history of the manuscript is unknown. Probably it was sent to
                  <country>Sweden</country> after its writing and shipped back to
                  <country>Finland</country> after the <placeName>Hamina</placeName> accords of
                  <date type="acquisition">1809</date>. National Archives’ call-mark '2107' on a
                label pasted to fol. 1.</p>
