 Paper 40 folios. 20,5 30,5 Text area varies. Foliation in ink (1–40); another foliation with numbering continued from the previous parts bound in the same volume (122–161). 33 + 2IV19 + 3III37 + (II–1)40 The manuscript is in good condition. One unruled column with a varying number of lines.

One main hand writing a cursive mostly responsible for fols. 1–37. The same hand seems to appear in another registry of fines from Nils Ingesson's sessions (Helsinki, National Archives, 216b); it may belong to Nils Ingesson himself or his scribe. Other hands write short stints on fols. 2v–3v, 13r–13v, 25r–28v and 38r–40v. One of these hands also appears in other registries (Helsinki, National Archives, 1973 and 216b (hand III)).

Ingresses written in a more formal script. Apart from that, no decoration.

Modern binding of blue cardboard. Accounts of taxes levied by Nils Ingesson are bound in the same volume. This probably first took place in modern times.

The manuscript contains a registry of fines from court sessions presided over by Nils Ingesson in Ala-Satakunta in 1551. It is a transcript in which several scribes contributed; the main hand may belong to Nils Ingesson himself.

The later history of the manuscript is unknown. Probably it was sent to Sweden after its writing and shipped back to Finland after the Hamina accords of 1809. National Archives's shelf-mark '1941' on a label pasted to the last leaf of the preceding text.
