 Paper 130 folios. 21 33 Written area varies; c. 15 × 28. Two sets of foliation: one in ink in the upper margin; another stamped in the lower margin. The first one counts fol. 74 twice, and the later one skips a leaf after fol. 55. The manuscript is in good condition. There is some fraying and dirt along the edges. The text on fols. 126r–128v has almost completely faded. One unruled column with a varying number of lines.

Probably only one main hand writing a cursive of varying quality.

The manuscript contains transcripts of court records presided over by two judges, Mats Thomasson and Hartvik Henriksson, in Porvoo 1592–1596. The entire manuscript seems to be the work of a single scribe, presumably adding to the manuscript as the sessions proceeded.

The later history of the manuscript is unknown. Probably it was sent to Sweden after its writing and shipped back to Finland after the Hamina accords of 1809. National Archives' shelf-mark on the spine.
