Fol. 41 is an addition. The manuscript is in good condition. One unruled column with a varying number of lines.

Records of court sessions handling complaints presented in different cities and parishes in 1584. The manuscript is a transcript, apparently written by a single professional scribe.

The later history of the manuscript is unknown. Probably it was sent to Sweden after its writing and shipped back to Finland after the Hamina accords of 1809. National Archives's shelf-mark on labels pasted to the spine and on the front cover.
