Several leaves have come loose and are now pasted to a guard in the gutter. There is evidence of water and/or smoke damage on several leaves. One unruled column with a varying number of lines.

The manuscript contains a registry of fines from the court session presided over by Michael Östgöte in different parishes in Raasepori, 1561–1562. It is the work of a single scribe.

The later history of the manuscript is unknown. Probably it was sent to Sweden after its writing and shipped back to Finland after the Hamina accords of 1809. National Archives' shelf-mark on the spine.
