                heading on fol. <locus>1r</locus> is damaged but mentions <persName>Henrik Klasson
                  (Horn?)</persName> (d. 1595) and bishop <persName role="bishop">Mikael
                  Agricola</persName> (d. 1557), who probably therefore oversaw the inventory
                process. Dated May <origDate>1549</origDate>.</p>

            <origin><p>A well-written inventory of <origPlace>Nynäs</origPlace> estate from <origDate>1549</origDate>. Possibly related to the
              administration changes that took place there that year (E.g. a copy of a letter
              assigning <persName role="bailiff">Mats Olsson</persName> as the new bailiff survives from November 1549. See <ref
                type="mss">Stockholm, National Archives, Bielkesamlingen, 02 Adliga ätten Bielke,
                Nils Pedersson Bielke (†1550), Vol. 3: Godshandlingar 1546–1550 / E 1987, 6a, fol.
                2</ref>.).</p><p>The inventory is part of a large block of records from the <date
                  from="1500" to="1599">16th century</date> pertaining to the estates of
                  <placeName>Nynäs</placeName>, <placeName>Vik</placeName>, and
                  <placeName>Lahis</placeName>, which were managed as a whole.</p></origin>
            <acquisition>
              <p>The financial records of <placeName>Nynäs</placeName> and related estates came to the Swedish Crown, and
                later the <orgName>Swedish National Archives</orgName>, when the possessions and
                archives of <persName role="owner">Hogenskild Bielke</persName> were confiscated
                following his execution in <date type="acquisition">1605</date> (see <hi
                  rend="italic">Introduction</hi> to these descriptions).</p>
